How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Remember to back up any important content before canceling, as you’ll lose access to our services once the cancellation is effective.
How do I manage payment methods and billing information?
To manage your payment methods and billing information:
- Log in to your Dubbix account on the Web App.
- Navigate to the Subscription page in your account settings
- First, you have to cancel your current subscription plan. Once cancelled, the subscription plan can be updated as per user requirement.
- For mobile app, subscription and billing details are managed and carried out within respective app stores of Apple, Android and Huawei.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, you can manage your subscription changes from the Subscription page in your account settings.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your access to our platform and services will be revoked at the end of your current billing cycle.
We’ll delete your user-uploaded content and personal data according to our data retention policy(14 days).
How can credit usage be tracked?
You can monitor your credit usage in real-time through the dashboard, under the Credits section on the Web App.
For Mobile App, the credit usage can be monitored under the “Usage” Section.
