How to Join a Meeting?

To join a meeting

Click the shared meeting link
Log in to your Qordenate account
Allow microphone and camera permissions
Select your preferred language
Click Join Meeting

How to Schedule a Meeting?

To schedule a meeting

Go to your dashboard
Click Schedule
Select the meeting date and time
Select participants
Share the link with participants, via email or message.

How to Access Meeting Features?

  1. After joining the meeting, access various meeting control buttons available in the Qordenate interface. 
  2. Access the smart recap option, whiteboard and record meeting from the top of the meeting. The buttons are located in the middle of the meeting screen.
  3. Access the VoiceBridge, Live Translation, Universal Captions, share screen option, backgrounds and raising hand from the bottom of the meeting. The buttons are located in the middle of the meeting screen.
  4. Access the multilingual chat from the bottom right corner button.

How to Enable AI Preference in Multilingual Meetings?

  1. AI preferences can be enabled by the users from the settings.
  2. If the users join a scheduled meeting, the host has the option to enable the AI feature, but the participants can disable it after joining the meeting. It is dependent on the participants choosing.

Adding and Managing Team Members or Workspace Users

  1. Users are added in the respective teams and workspaces after the meeting, webinar and podcast links have been shared with them, via email.
  2. The members receive links via emails or from messages
  3. Once they click on the link, they are added in the meeting, webinar or podcasts.
